This video is for settiers and middles. This lesson will walk you through the timing and location of different quick sets. You will go over the common mistakes and troubleshooting ideas for you to get more consistent and confident connecting with your middles.
1. Footwork to the ball/ shuffle and pass 2. Lunge passing 3. Setting sequence: Low, Medium, High 4. Ball control, passing while going down to the knees and back up, then with setting 5. Bump, set, tip to self! Players will video in completing the challenges!
"For this challenge, you have until May 1st to reach 10,000 reps. The reps must be written down and recorded precisely on the rep form. The skill must be off of the provided list. You can go download these sheets to record your reps. The second tab shows the skills that will count towards the Rep Club. There is also a video link to clarify any of the skills. You will record ten 1-1.5 minute videos showing you doing at least one skill. You can upload these videos to Youtube or TikTok and send a link to firstname.lastname@example.org. There is no daily minimum, you just have to have all 10,000 reps completed by May 1st. There will also be various awards for things like whoever gets to 10,000 reps the quickest and who gets the most reps by May 1st!"
