• North Polk High School: 4 year starter and letterwinner, previous record holder in serve receive, aces and digs, All-Conference honors
• IPVA Club player: Won ShowMe, placed 3rd at Nationals, placed top half at Nationals sophomore and junior year
• Western Illinois University: 2 year volleyball player

About Morgyn:

Morgyn’s impressive high school career earned her spots in the record books at North Polk for serve receive, aces and digs. She also earned all-conference honors after being a 4 year starter. Her club career was played at IPVA where her team won ShowMe, earning them a bid to Nationals, where they placed third. She played up on 18’s when she was 16 and 17, both times qualifying for nationals and placing in the top half. She was recruited as DS/L for Western Illinois University, but trained as a setter and earned the starting spot halfway through the season. Morgyn ended up transferring to Iowa and finishing out her degree

Morgyn turned her passion for volleyball into coaching, where she started at her alum club in 2019. She coached the higher age levels. Her 17’s teams earned bids to Nationals, and most recently her 18’s team qualified for nationals. Morgyn joined PowerPlex in 2023.
