About Doug:

Doug was a 4 year varsity starting setter in high school. He also played club volleyball during his time in high school. Doug continued his playing career at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA. He did a year overseas in England, where he set for the Oxford University team.

Doug started coaching club in WA at Grays Harbor. He then moved to coaching at Aberdeen High school where he was the assistant coach for two years before becoming the head coach for 6. Doug joined PowerPlex in 2020 and has experience coaching 15u and up.
