• Johnston High School: 3-Sport Athlete; Volleyball, Basketball and Golf, Varsity Letter Winner in Volleyball and Golf
• Wartburg College: Bachelor of Arts in International Business, participated in intramural volleyball

Coaching Background:

• Coached at Urbandale Volleyball Club
• Ran her own club Mojo, prior to joining PowerPlex

About Alyssa:

Prior to joining PowerPlex, Alyssa coached and helped direct Urbandale Volleyball Club from 2010 - 2012. She also started and ran her own club, Mojo, for a few years. Alyssa joined PowerPlex in 2016 and started running Jr. League in 2018. In 2022, Jr. League became Spring and Fall Training. Alyssa builds out all the lesson plans for the program and handles all communication and scheduling. Alyssa primarily coaches 14 and 15u as that has become her speciality age groups.
